Responsibilities:
* Support the design, development, delivery and management of change initiatives.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify potential risks and impacts.
* Develop and implement change strategies, communication plans and training materials to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to promote understanding and adoption of change initiatives.
* Monitor readiness and adoption levels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Identify and mitigate resistance to change by addressing concerns and developing tailored solutions.
* Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer of change management practices for future reference.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to analyse complex information and deliver actionable insights.
* Exceptional planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery approaches is highly regarded.
* Certification in Change Management is an advantage.
