Credit Team Leadership Opportunity
Transurban is seeking a seasoned Credit Team Leader to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our credit operations team, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and implementing best practice debt collection techniques.
About the Role:
Lead and develop a high-performing credit team, providing quality leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
Drive strategic credit initiatives and projects aligned with national strategy, ensuring effective management of resources, monitoring productivity, and performance to KPIs.
Implement and champion best practice debt collection techniques and tools, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and respectful workplace practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading large credit teams with strong coaching capabilities
* Excellent communication skills to foster team collaboration and clarity
* Strong background in credit management and best practice collection principles
* Skilful in interpreting data and trends to drive performance improvements
