Job Title: Support Worker
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to provide daily living support and promote independent living for our customers.
The role involves assisting with everyday activities, hygiene, personal care, medication compliance, and supporting customers outside the home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing daily living support around the home
* Supporting customers with hygiene and personal care
* Assisting with activities outside the home environment
* Managing medication compliance, including dispensation of prescription medication
* Assisting with meal preparation and provision
* Supporting customers with transfer activities
Requirements:
A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support is required. Additionally, at least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker is preferred. A driver's license, reliable vehicle, comprehensive car insurance, NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain - is also necessary.
