About the Role: Due to continued growth within the People & Culture function, our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their fast-paced and collaborative team on a 12-month contract, with a potential for permanency. Reporting to the Lead HR Systems Advisor, this role will play a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and HR systems administration across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to build their career within recruitment coordination and human resources in the for-purpose sector. Your key responsibilities include: Support hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process Collaborate with hiring managers to draft, post, and review job advertisements for vacant roles, ensuring they remain current and aligned with organisational needs Conduct pre-employment screening checks, support the delivery of ongoing HR compliance activities Coordinate the preparation and distribution of HR documentation, including employment contracts and other employment-related documentation. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new starters in myHR (HRIS) and processing exits About You: You will ideally have previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or people and culture support roles within sectors such as community services, healthcare, education or other purpose-led organisations. You will also have: Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Confidence in learning new systems and technology, ideally with exposure to HRIS platforms Full Australian working rights and the ability to complete relevant pre-employment checks, including a National Police Check What's on offer: The opportunity to develop your HR and recruitment skills in a key administration role.
