Overview
TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established commercial builder delivering government-funded and education projects across Perth. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery within a structured and well-supported environment.
You'll lead projects end-to-end, working closely with site and commercial teams to ensure programmes, budgets, and quality outcomes are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from planning through to completion
* Control programme, budget, procurement, and reporting
* Lead site teams and coordinate consultants and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
* Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
* Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and delivery
* Calm, practical, and solutions-focused leadership style
* Full Australian working rights
