We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management/Real Estate Accounts Administrator to join our expanding team. What You’ll Be Doing Manage all aspects of trust account receipting and end-of-month reconciliations Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payment runs (mid & end of month) Process and report tenant security bonds and bank guarantees Prepare and distribute tenant invoices Liaise with landlords and tenants on account matters Respond to ledger enquiries and provide reconciliations Coordinate with accountants and support general administrative tasks Oversee the PM accounts department and support team operations What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience in accounts or trust accounting (real estate preferred) ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel ✅ Highly organised with strong time-management skills ✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively ✅ Experience in real estate (1–2 years minimum preferred) ✅ Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards) ✅ Experience using Cirrus8 software (highly desirable) Why Join WHK?
