Position Summary
Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.
* Securely park guest vehicles, deliver bags, and manage amenities according to hotel policies.
* Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Welcome guests to their rooms, explaining all features and hotel offerings.
* Be knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations.
* Strengthen relationships with both existing and new guests, delivering legendary service and facilitating future bookings.
* Advise on local Melbourne activities, tag and deliver luggage to guest rooms, handle mail and parcels for guests and the hotel.
About You
* Hold a current and valid driver's license.
* Have experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment.
* Must have working rights in Australia to be considered for the role.
