The Receptionist/Administrator plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate and confidential records, providing administrative support to our team of physiotherapists, and ensuring a smooth experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as necessary, coordinating with physiotherapists to optimize their schedules.
* Financial Management: Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.
* Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.
* Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure the clinic is organized and well-maintained.
* Administrative Support: Assist physiotherapists with administrative tasks, such as preparing treatment rooms, managing patient forms, and other duties as required.
