Key Responsibilities
 * You will form and maintain professional relationships with children and young people.
 * You will act as an appropriate adult role model, engaging young people in activities that develop life skills and self-worth.
 * You will support family involvement and facilitate connections to promote positive relationships.
 * You will promote positive relationships with peers and others significant to the child or young person.
To work as a Youth Worker, you must have completed or be enrolled in a relevant qualification.
We require an unrestricted drivers licence, valid Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification.

What happens next?
 * You will sit a one-on-one or group interview.
 * We will complete reference checks with a child safety focus.
 * You will undergo a National Criminal History check (paid by us).
 * You will obtain a Working with Children's Blue Card and complete Hope & Healing training.
