About The Role
Ready to make a real difference? As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Cairns and surrounding areas, you'll have the opportunity to deliver impactful, person-centred support to NDIS participants. Enjoy the flexibility of a varied workweek—whether it's home visits, clinic appointments, or community outreach, you'll play a vital role where it counts most.

Responsibilities
This role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for NDIS participants and their support networks through tailored, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying needs
* Designing and implementing person-centred Behaviour Support Plans that promote positive change
* Providing education and training to carers and support teams to build capacity and confidence
* Collecting and analysing data regularly to monitor progress and inform ongoing support strategies
If you're passionate about making a difference and want to grow in a role with real purpose—we'd love to hear from you.
