Base + Exceptional Commission Structure (30% to 50% commission)
Base Criteria
* 5+ years Recruiting or Steel / Fabrication Services Sales experience
* Australia-based experience of over 3 years in the Steel / Fabrication Industry (Recruiter or Sales)
* Over 2 years' experience working across the Steel / Fabrication & Welding Industry supporting major Infrastructure Projects, Built Environment and the Defence sector (Bases, Shipbuilding & Combat Assets) with strong Steel Industry contacts and an industry network
* Driven, eager team-player who wants to generate a fantastic income through high comm's (30% to 50%)
* Ability to be agile and adapt to changing markets
Outline Duties
* The key duty is business generation, delivery and stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
* Supporting Steel Manufacturers, Fabricators and Welders supporting Infrastructure Projects, Built Environment, Henderson Precinct and the Defence sector (Bases, Shipbuilding & Combat Assets).
* Key is your ability to work with Existing Clients, as well as Developing New Clients.
