We are looking for a Fleet Manager to manage and support both vessel-related operations and land transport resources associated with bulk and breakbulk cargo movements.
The role involves coordinating vessel operations as well as managing an internal fleet of vehicles and liaising with third-party transport providers. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for fleet planning, vehicle procurement and replacement planning, coordinating maintenance and servicing, and managing relationships with external trucking companies and logistics providers. The role also involves monitoring operational performance, managing transport-related risks, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
In addition, the position supports vessel operations by liaising with Masters, agents, port operators, and service providers to ensure smooth port calls and efficient cargo handling. The role may require attending vessels, ports, or transport operations as required to resolve operational issues.
Working hours are flexible, and overtime may be required depending on vessel arrivals, transport operations, or urgent operational requirements.
Candidates should have experience in fleet management, transport coordination, or maritime logistics, with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
