About Our Client

Job Description
* Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian accounting standards.
* Responsible for lease accounting, inventory accounting and maintenance of fixed asset register
* Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
* Daily bank reconciliation, including posting of customer receipting and overall bank transactions posting.
* Assist and support the inter-company accounting function including inter-company recharging and month end reconciliation.
* Facilitate and complete statutory audit and annual tax filing.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Financial Accountant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA or CA qualification
* Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of Australian and US accounting standards.
* Strong prior experience at a similar level preferably with a global organization
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
