Role
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our ALCOA team, working on a variety of projects across the Southwest.

Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems, including package units, high‑wall splits, ducted units, ceiling and cassette systems, control circuit wiring
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and identify maintenance risks
* Assist with reporting, procurement, logistics, and equipment coordination
* Respond to critical breakdowns and perform emergency repairs
* Maintain accurate daily logs and maintenance records
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and relevant legislation
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning) or equivalent
* Must reside in the Peel Region due to project site locations
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Restricted Electrical Licence (A‑Grade Electricians also considered)
* White Card
* Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of OH&S requirements
* National Police Clearance
* Valid Manual "C" Class Driver's Licence
* Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
* Experience in utilities, construction, or the resources sector is highly regarded
