What you will be Doing
The ideal candidate will provide admin support to Mackay hire team, engaging with stakeholders and customers, requiring initiative, self‐management, and a vibrant personality.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to coordinate and manage contractors on site effectively.
* Experience conducting stocktakes and managing inventory.
* Skilled in processing and managing various types of paperwork.
* Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls.
Skills and Experience Required
* Must have broad experience in administration running all admin functions of office
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel; must be computer savvy.
