We're currently looking for casual NSW Event Crew to be part of our workforce at the heart of our operations. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working as part of a team, and helping to deliver high-quality events, this is the role for you
With an exciting season ahead, we're looking for individuals who will bring great energy, reliability and professionalism. You will be part of the casual crew that will be working across a variety of events, making each event run smoothly and successfully.
You will be working with top clients across multiple venues, helping to deliver major events in 2026, such as:
· Ed Sheeran (11th - 19th Feb)
· Sydney Royal Easter Show (2nd Feb - 24th April)
· Mardi Gras (26th Feb - 1st March)
· AFC Women's Asian Cup (17th Feb - 25th March)
· AFL (4th - 6th March)
· NRL (28th March)
· Concert Season (artists soon to be announced)
A successful application will meet the following minimum requirements:
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
· Strong reliability and punctuality - dependable team members are essential
· Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks (including lifting, carrying and moving equipment/flooring)
· Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed
· Clear communication skills and good command of verbal and written English
· Follows instructions carefully, adheres to site safety protocols, and always uses PPE correctly
· Previous event, venue, or labouring experience is desirable
· Ability to follow instructions and deliver work to the standard required
· Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, even in fast-paced or changing environments
