What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team
* Deliver a brand refresh and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across channels
* Create polished, executive-ready written content and corporate reports
* Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as a communications and marketing advisor
* Plan and deliver key initiatives with pace and precision
* Oversee statutory reporting and develop marketing collateral that strengthens the brand
* Bring creativity and flair – visual marketing/design skills highly regarded
About You
* Experienced people leader with a collaborative, mentoring style
* Proven background in communications, branding, and content creation
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders
* Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable.
* Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Banking, Government or Insurance (highly desirable)
* Degree-qualified in Communications, Marketing, PR or similar
