Responsibilities
Provides technical leadership, managing projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring quality in the delivery of mechanical engineering deliverables
Mentors and guides with less experienced engineers
Fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Ensure designs meet specifications, are cost-effective, reliable, and have a low environmental impact
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
Contributes to design review workshops and quality checks
Foster a culture of safe delivery, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration

Minimum 12 years' direct experience managing projects on major hazards facilities (MHF)
Demonstrable experience of embedding safety considerations into all aspects of mechanical engineering and design
Proven experience of being directly involved on projects in the chemicals / agricultural sectors
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)
Must be available to work onsite in Laverton, Victoria
