We are seeking Drymill Operators to join a well-established timber operation in Mount Gambier. This hands-on role involves safely operating machinery and supporting production processes to deliver high-quality timber products in a safety-focused environment.
Monday to Thursday
• Day shift: 6:00 am to 4:10 pm
• Afternoon shift: 4:20 pm to 2:30 am
Key Responsibilities
• Operate machinery and complete production tasks to required quality standards
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production outcomes
• Report hazards and incidents and assist with corrective actions
What We're Looking For
• High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift) (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused approach to work
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to participate in training and ongoing development
• Able to pass pre-employment checks
