We are now looking for an Internal Sales Consultant, to become a key member of our team, based in Mount St.John, Townsville. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, where your contributions will make a real impact for our customers.
You will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support. Assisting our customers by managing inbound and outbound calls in relation to customer service and sales. This includes placing orders, quotes, and returns; problem solving, providing information about products and services, identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions to enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
* Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner
* Receiving inbound calls from both internal and external customers regarding sales or enquiries
* Warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sales and following up on previous enquiries or quotes
* Accurately processing & keying in sales orders and quotes
* Providing support and information to the field sales team
