You'll be part of a collaborative team where you can contribute your ideas, build strong stakeholder relationships, and truly make your mark.About the RoleTA Officer: Manages end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites, liaising directly with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, and delivering a seamless hiring experience.You'll be part of a small but mighty team of three and report to a Head of TA who leads national recruitment and values initiative, clarity, and communication.
