July is a direct-to-consumer brand that designs and sells durable, high-spec luggage. Founded in 2018, we aim to bring better designed products to travel. We are sales driven but don\'t want to focus only on conversion. Our goal is to help people in any way they need guidance, whether travel tips or packing hacks. We share travel experiences: where to go in cities you\'ve visited, must-try foods, or hidden cafes you\'ve discovered. We\'re adventurers, risk-takers, creatives and curious about the world. A day in the life of a July retail assistant
* Provide customers with a world-class experience in product and culture, sharing authentically about product use and personal travel experiences.
* Product education: communicate features, benefits, usage and care instructions.
* Demonstrate the culture held within July, including: attitude of fun, passion for new experiences and curiosity, while creating a warm and relaxed environment for customers.
* Receive and restock shop and stock room independently, counting stock twice a week.
* Answer phone inquiries as required.
* Utilise the Point of Sale card system, process payments, refunds and exchanges, and issue gift cards.
* Communicate with the team for order details, pick-up and delivery.
* Move around boxes for inventory weighing up to 10 kg.
