About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the end-to-end mortgage process for clients, from initial consultation through to settlement.
This is a full time, salaried role based in North Brisbane (Aspley), offering flexibility to work from home as needed.
Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Staying updated with lender policies and market trends
- Managing each file through to settlement with in-house support
- Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and referral partners
- Preparing, lodging and tracking loan applications, ensuring full compliance
- Meeting with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored lending solutions
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A collaborative mindset and genuine care for clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lending targets
- Full australian working rights and a current driver’s licence
- 2+ years' experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank)
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (diploma desirable or willingness to obtain)
