Overview
Position PurposeThe National Marketing Manager leads the brand narrative and national growth strategy across eight brands and more than 16 clinics (30 including Rainbow Fertility and First Steps Fertility). This role is accountable for driving patient acquisition, revenue growth, enquiry engagement and conversion performance. Grounded in our values, you will translate insights into integrated campaigns, safeguard compliance, champion inclusive and culturally safe communication, and partner closely with Business Development and Operations to align demand and capacity. As a leader, you will empower a high‐performing team to deliver work that truly makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Set the national marketing strategy and budget across brands, campaigns, digital performance, content and marketing operations
* Lead and coach the Marketing team, fostering a values‐driven, high‐performance culture
* Govern the brand portfolio to maintain consistency while enabling compliant local activation
* Oversee an integrated campaign calendar across paid, owned and earned channels
* Ensure all advertising and content meet ACCC, AHPRA and NHMRC compliance requirements
* Own the digital ecosystem (websites, SEO/SEM, organic social, analytics, CRO) with clear performance targets
* Govern marketing technology and ensure alignment with the Privacy Act 1988 and APPs
* Establish shared lead frameworks with Business Development supporting MQL/SQL performance
* Provide transparent reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and prioritised recommendations
* Direct agency and vendor relationships with strong governance
* Champion inclusive, culturally safe communication that supports people at sensitive decision points
* Lead issues and reputation management with timely, accurate information flow
* Embed operating rhythms, SOPs and SLAs to enable efficient national delivery
* Strengthen team capability, succession planning and future‐focused skill development
Required Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields, with senior leadership experience across digital performance, brand governance and integrated campaigns in regulated or multi‐site environments
* Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‐performing teams while role‐modelling Compassion, Respect, Commitment, Quality and Communication
* Deep working knowledge of ACCC/AHPRA advertising requirements and relevant NHMRC/RTAC guidelines
* Advanced commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, attribution, CPL/CAC/ROAS, and the ability to turn insights into action
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to partner transparently with Clinical, Operational and Business Development leaders to align demand and capacity
