Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables
* Managing a team of front end developers and liaising with internal project managers
* Perform regular checks to ensure AA WCAG compliance for all components
* Perform automated and manual testing on components
* Deploy frontend code via agreed pipelines
* Maintaining and upgrading existing websites
* Integrating third-party systems into websites
* Conform to documented processes
* Work closely with other development team members in an agile process
Personal Development
* Keep up to date with the latest web development and industry trends
* Collaborate and knowledge share with other LT Network Developers
* Attend specialised training workshops and courses to upskill
Key Performance Indicators
* Successfully uphold planning and systems put in place and agreed to - timesheets and reporting
* Meet all workplace standards and non-negotiable as detailed in this Job Role and Description
* Ensure your emails and calls are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
* Meet key deadlines as agreed
To be considered for this role you must:
* 3 - 5 years experience in website development
* Be an Australian Citizen and have the rights to work in Australia
* Have great communication skills as you are working in teams
* Undertake a Police Check
