Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing KPIs to join our management team at Supercheap Auto as an Assistant Manager. This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment where you will be key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, the ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service, a natural ability to motivate and inspire their team, skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results, and experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security. Mechanical experience is not a requirement, but we value a diverse range of skills and encourage all interested individuals to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and operating efficiently
