Overview
Foot Locker is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Planning & Allocations to lead one of the most commercially critical functions across our APAC business. This role sits on the APAC Senior Leadership Team and partners closely with the VP GM, APAC Senior Leadership team, and Global teams to drive sales growth, margin optimisation, and inventory efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Lead Planning & Allocations strategy aligned to Foot Locker's global strategic roadmap.
* Deliver sales, margin, and inventory targets through effective OTB, pricing, and allocation strategies.
* Provide clear, actionable insights and forecasts to senior leadership.
* Partner with Buying and vendors to optimise product flow, RTV and lifecycle management.
* Build, coach, and develop a high‐performing Planning & Allocations team.
* Champion planning systems, process improvements, and cross‐functional ways of working.
Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience in retail Planning, Buying or Merchandise Strategy, with senior leadership exposure.
* Strong commercial judgement and financial acumen.
* Confident influencer with experience engaging executive‐level stakeholders.
* Background in sports, footwear, or apparel retail preferred.
* Experience with planning systems such as Planit or Marketmax (or similar).
* Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast‐paced environment.
