We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Advisor to join our team in Perth.
The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Professional to support the delivery of environmental approvals, compliance reporting and audits. The successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating internal/external environmental licences and approvals, implementing our Environmental Management System and continually improving environmental performance.
* Bachelor degree in Environment, Science or similar related field is essential.
* Proven knowledge and experience of environmental legislation, regulations and compliances including EP Act 1986 and Mining Act 1978 are required.
* Ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' experience in a similar role within a mining company or consultancy.
* Knowledge and work experience in GIS and mapping software, preferably ArcMap, are beneficial.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel, is necessary.
* A current National Police clearance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and maintain internal/external environmental licences and approvals.
2. Implement and improve the Environmental Management System.
3. Develop environmental approval documents and prepare statutory reports.
4. Conduct desktop compliance audits and site inspections/audits.
5. Review environmental data and analyse trends for reporting.
6. Liaise with environmental consultants and contractors.
7. Provide general environmental advice to employees and contractors.
