About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Hunt for new business and grow existing client relationships
Work with engineering firms, mines, and quarries to sell conveyor system solutions
Use your technical knowledge (ideally mechanical engineering or similar) to have meaningful conversations with customers
Travel regularly to meet with clients and drive sales
Prepare quotes and proposals (Excel skills required)
Who We're Looking For
A sales hunter – proactive and thrives on winning new business
Someone technically minded – ideally with a mechanical engineering background
A strong relationship builder – confident meeting with senior stakeholders
Comfortable with frequent travel – both within Australia and occasionally overseas
