Job Title Ashurst Reach Consultant - Company Secretarial - Sydney Location Sydney Description The Opportunity: Mid-level Company Secretarial 6 months (possibility of extension) Full time (or 4 days) Start ASAP Sydney Our client is currently undertaking a large and strategically important transformation project to restructure their governance frameworks. This role would be responsible for supporting the Company Secretarial operations workstream. This will include reviewing the current governance approach and operationalising the project deliverables - including planning, process uplifts, template management, and manual creation to support both Board-level and Management-level processes. This role would suit someone mid-level, with less than 10 years' experience, with operational knowledge of Company Secretarial processes and strong organisational thinking skills. This role will appeal to you if you have experience working in company secretarial functions, supporting the Company Secretary (but not acting as one). The team is welcoming and collegiate, and this represents a good opportunity to hone your skills in a high-performing environment.
