With customers across USA, Europe and Australia, we're looking to rapidly scale our product offering and production capabilities.Based at Alcon's recently acquired subsidiary Cylite in Melbourne, this role will define and own all maintenance activities for the in office production line.
They will work closely with Production as well as the Equipment, Automation, and Design Engineering teams to ensure that equipment upgrades are introduced and verified in a timely manner and that production operational schedules can be maintained.As the first hire in this newly created team this role will play a pivotal role in shaping maintenance practices and ensuring equipment uptime as the site transitions from development to volume manufacturing.
