The Opportunity
As a Client Services Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring our clients receive a seamless, professional experience. You'll be a trusted point of contact, helping keep the practice running smoothly and contributing directly to the firm's continued growth.
Position Responsibilities
* Provide administration support as part of the client services team
* Assist in maintaining client information in our database
* Onboard new clients into the database
* Company and trust set‐up
* ASIC and ATO LodgementsAssist with communications, scheduling appointments, meetings, follow‐ups and emails
* General administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, photocopying, mail, etc.
About You
* Minimum of one to two years' experience in a similar role, ideally at an accounting practice or professional services setting – desirable but not essential
* HSC Certificate, Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent – desirable but not essential
* Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Intermediate computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, self‐motivated and enthusiastic
* Willing to work minimum 3 days per week
