About the Role:

As a support worker, you will be responsible for assisting participants with personal care, daily living, and household tasks.
You will also provide social and community participation support, including outings and appointments, and build meaningful connections to encourage independence.
The role involves following tailored support plans to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Clearance and Working With Children
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
