We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves ) across Australia and Current Zealand. You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa’s visitors as you guide guests through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.
We are looking for a team to drive performance at sites in the Wollongong Region, including: Dapto Mall, Macarthur Square, Wollongong Central, and Shellharbour.
What you’ll be doing
Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
Help capture magical Santa photos
Ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults
Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
Ensure every family’s photo moment with Santa is top quality
Qualifications
Full of valuable vibes and festive energy
Excellent with people (and pets!) of all ages
Cool under pressure
A team player who loves making people feel welcome
Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Clearance
Additional information
All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the office is magical.
