About the Role
As a vital member of our support staff team, you will contribute to the day-to-day management and operations within the school/college. Key responsibilities include identifying service issues, coordinating recruitment and selection, induction and training of support staff, and providing Injury Management support for staff.
Main tasks involve interpreting policies, guidelines, and ensuring legislative and procedural requirements are met. You will also assist in workforce planning, maintaining accurate records, tracking staff data, monitoring staff replacement, and ensuring all relevant compliance training is valid and current.
The ideal candidate will possess highly desirable skills and experience in OneSchool, accounts payable, and Department of Education procurement processes.
This role is open to Expressions of Interest, with any extensions not exceeding 12 months.
