Data will be gathered to help with health improvements and the prevention of new cases of Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) and RHD. Under the direction of the Healthy Housing Officer, this position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with community groups and relevant health organisations, specifically Congress town and remote clinics and programs, in order to provide regular holistic support to improve ARF and RHD prevention.
