* Provide expert HR advice, coaching and support to production managers, supervisors and employees.
* Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet business demands.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
* Lead investigations and performance management processes.
* Manage trends in attendance, absenteeism and turnover.
* Promote positive employee relations.
* Update and maintain accurate HR records.
* Ensure the safety of all employees and abide by workplace health and safety regulations.
About You:
* HR qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is required.
* Able to have difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
* Able to influence and improve processes through effective communication and collaboration.
* Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Must hold valid Australian working rights.
* Intermediate computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
