Content Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Content Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for production and social media, and is excited about contributing to a fast-paced creative agency.

The Content Coordinator will be responsible for ideating and supporting the creation of social-first ideas and tactics in partnership with creators and video team for content that lives across social platforms, providing active recommendations and solutions to the content creation process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ideate and support the creation of social-first ideas and tactics in partnership with creators and video team for content that lives across social platforms, providing active recommendations and solutions to the content creation process.
* Support cross-platform community management across brand channels on TikTok and Meta.
* Communicate effectively with producers, account managers assisting requests for clients.
* Great ability to pitch-in creative ideas to team and management.
* Work with the Content Director and Senior Producer to ideate and concept around multiple brand's content strategies.
* Ideate with creators and producers on original content concepts based around upcoming productions and map out a consistent posting schedule.
* Ideate, source, and create original real-time content for all audiences, identifying memes and trends at the cusp of virality and pop culture.
* Track weekly and monthly analytics and performance, providing optimisations as necessary.
* Edit content and manage data workflow, ensuring footage and files are stored correctly, and handled confidentially.
* Maintain and build relationships with team members, implementing best practices and innovating upon new platform updates and products.
* Help maintain and uphold a healthy and positive culture for the team.
* Participate in editorial and social brainstorms and weekly WIPS.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to help and learn.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Basic editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Canva).
