Job Summary
The ICT Infrastructure Support Officer provides high‐quality technical support, maintenance and operational management of the Local Health District's server, storage, backup and network infrastructure. The role ensures the reliability, security, availability and performance of critical digital health systems that support clinical and corporate services. Working as part of the Digital Health team, the officer contributes to implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of on‐premises and cloud‐based platforms, assists with incident resolution, change management processes, asset lifecycle management and infrastructure‐related projects across the District, supporting strategic Digital Health objectives and NSW Health policies.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and maintenance for servers, storage, backup and network infrastructure.
* Ensure reliability, security, availability and performance of critical digital health systems.
* Implement, monitor and continuously improve ICT infrastructure technologies (on‐premises and cloud‐based platforms).
* Assist with incident resolution and change‐management processes.
* Manage asset lifecycle and infrastructure‐related projects across the District.
* Support strategic Digital Health objectives and NSW Health policies.
Qualifications
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence with willingness to travel throughout the district.
