The Company
Our client is a well known and respected global organisation who are looking for someone to join their team initially on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. You will be providing EUC support to end user as well as assisting the Systems Administration team.
The Role
As an ICT Support Technician you will demonstrate a personable, adaptable, and can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure. You will provide exceptional technical support to end users and as well as helping with training for new starters. Above all you have great customer service skills and you are dedicated to providing a professional approach that customers will remember you for.
Your Skills & Experience
- Excellent understanding of the M365 stack.
- Experience with Windows Servers.
- Support RF Scanners.
- Support Production Robotics.
- Experience with VMWare.
- Ability to problem solve and learn on the job.
- A self-starter who values teamwork.
- Exceptional communication skills.
About you
You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background. Combine this with your brilliant technical insights and previous experience working on a helpdesk or IT support, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
