Perth-Andover Dental is currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join its dedicated team as part of a proactive transition plan for a future retirement. With an active patient base of over 3,500, a consistent flow of 100+ new patients per month (approximately 50% Francophone), and hygiene booked out well into the future, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable and rewarding clinical environment. The incoming Associate will benefit from full CDA support and remote mentorship from experienced dentists.
This is a general practice setting offering a wide scope of care, and is well-suited to a confident, independent dentist who values patient relationships and is comfortable in a smaller community.
Position Highlights:
* Flexible full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* 1–2 operatories available for the Associate
* Fully staffed with experienced CDA support
* Practice runs 6 chairs per day
* Software: Dentitek | Digital X-ray | Pan
* Active plans to upgrade technology (scanner, computers)
Clinical Scope:
* Bread and Butter Dentistry
* Basic Endodontics & Oral Surgery
* Dentures (CDCP included)
* Opportunity to expand scope in Advanced Oral Surgery, Invisalign, and Perio (currently referred externally)
Mentorship & Support:
* Mentorship available
* Dr. Shaw is preparing for retirement in 2025 and is open to supporting a smooth transition
* Independent work environment with strong continuity of care potential

About You:
* Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
* Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
* Valid CPR certification
