We are seeking a
**Sales / Account Coordinator** to join our fast-paced, high performing and energetic Sales team We are looking for someone to work alongside our talented Sales Executives and Group Business Manager, to lead our campaign coordination across our market leading audio platforms. You will work with the team selling Nine's Cross Platform Assets Including: Radio, Podcasts, Streaming & Digital Assets. Working part of the wider Omnicom Team you will partner with some of Australia's biggest clients; Telstra, McDonalds, Suncorp, TAB, Qantas & Apple.

**Day to day you will:
- Be a day to day point of contact for our client base
- Conduct campaign & deal tracking to provide guidance on optimisations for efficient customer satisfaction
- Monitor delivery, proactively report on performance and progress against client goals
- Accurate processing of bookings and efficiency in relation to processes and procedure
- Meeting deadlines and quality measures in relation to preparing proposals
**Qualifications**
**A bit about you**:
You will be early in your career, and looking for an opportunity to gain experience in Sales within Australia's largest media company, or just graduated from Uni and looking for a first role in a company that will invest in you and build your future. More importantly, we are looking for someone that has the right skills and attitudes:
- You are a great communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- You have a highly engaging, can do attitude
- Ability to efficiently prioritise and manage several tasks at once
- You are tech and data savvy -competence in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- You are action orientated - you achieve results while having fun with our team along the way
