Job Description
* Provide technical vision and leadership to the electronics engineering group, ensuring high-quality products are developed and maintained in accordance with quality system requirements.
* Develop and maintain electronics engineering methods and approaches for hardware development and/or maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Direct and authorize electronics engineering approach on all projects and programs either directly or through delegation of authority.
* Establish and maintain the engineering technology roadmap.
* Recruit skilled engineers in line with program and business needs, focusing on establishing a high-performance team.
* Assess engineer performance in accordance with Danaher performance appraisal processes.
Requirements
* Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, with at least 5+ years' management and/or program management experience.
