We are seeking highly motivated and organised individuals who are able to work effectively under limited direction to deliver efficiences, achieve value for money, reduce risk and maximise effectiveness of contracts in support of AFP operations and activities through their procurement and/or contract management expertise.This role has a focus on developing, leading and overseeing compliant and innovative procurements to provide better contracting outcomes and/or managing contracts and vendor relationships to ensure compliance and protect the interests of the AFP.As a Team Leader in the AFP you will play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents and value of each individual.
