Empowering people to live their best lives. That's what we do at Lifely, and we're looking for a welcoming and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and help make a difference. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation and is based out of Head Office at 127 Mitchell Street, Bendigo on Thursdays and Fridays (8:30am-5pm). In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for Lifely, providing friendly and professional service to our clients, visitors, and team members.
Remuneration commencing at Level 3.1 on the SCHADS Award ($38.65 per hour), plus salary packaging to reduce the tax you pay and increase your take-home pay (as per PBI status).
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Duties: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to in-person inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
* Administrative Support: Assist the leadership team with general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
* Resource Management: Ensure appropriate stock levels of stationery, first aid supplies, and personal protective equipment.
* Other Duties: Perform other relevant tasks that support the smooth running of the office.
