The Opportunities
We're on the lookout for talented full-time and casual Chefs to join our kitchen team - from skilled Section Chefs to strong all-rounders who love the rush of service and the craft of beautiful food.
What you'll do
Prepare and cook dishes according to venue recipes and standards
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food
Manage kitchen inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
What You'll bring
Proven experience as a CDP or Commis Chef in a fast-paced environment
A strong passion for food and creativity in the culinary arts
Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some lunches
