Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee the overall management of projects from inception to completion. Your expertise is crucial in achieving business objectives and maintaining a strong industry reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of project management, including estimating, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain excellent relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Develop and implement safety plans, monitor progress, and address any issues promptly to prevent delays or claims.
* Manage project documentation, coordinate preconstruction services, and negotiate subcontract agreements.
* Supervise project teams, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure success.
This role requires a multi-family experience background, with a degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience. Field construction management experience (5-8 years) with supervisory skills, problem-solving ability, strong sense of urgency, organizational and communication skills, drafting and computer skills, and fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting are also required.
