About the Program
Based at our Gatton facility in the beautiful Lockyer Valley our 12-month rotational Graduate Program gives you real experience across the business - from Human Resources and Quality Assurance to our Value-Add division and Production. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical knowledge, and be supported every step of the way as you build your career.
What You'll Explore:
* Human Resources
Get involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
* Quality Assurance
Work on food safety standards, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement.
* Value Add
Dive into product development, packaging innovation, market research, and project coordination.
* Production Office
Learn about production planning, inventory control, supply chain logistics, reporting, and optimisation.

You're someone who is:
* Graduating in 2024 or by December 2025
* Ready to start in January 2026 (we're flexible)
* Curious, motivated, and excited to learn
* A strong communicator and natural team player
* Willing to relocate near our Gatton facility in Queensland.
* An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid permanent work visa
