Greencross Vets is seeking a visionary veterinarian to take on the role of Regional Clinical Director across our central Sydney clinics. Job Description
Your Impact
* Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple practices
* Identify opportunities for growth and development within veterinary teams
* Champion best-practice medicine and drive clinical innovation
* Help design and deliver training programs that build confidence and capability
* Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance performance and client satisfaction
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals
* Stay ahead of clinical advancements and integrate them into everyday practice
Qualifications
What You Bring
* A veterinary degree and registration to practice in New South Wales
* Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
* A passion for mentoring and empowering others
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed
* Memberships in Small Animal Practice or working towards (desirable but not essential)
