Place New Farm is seeking a polished, warm and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to lead front‐of‐house operations at our James Street office.
You'll bring energy, professionalism and a genuine love of service, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand, values and 6‐star service promise.
Availability to work Saturday, 9:00am – 2:00pm is required.
Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients and colleagues.
* Receiving and delegating incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
* Managing and maintaining the meeting room bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
* Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
* Assisting other team members when required.
Qualifications
* Experience working in an administrative or reception position preferred.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong time‐management skills and attention to detail.
* A positive, 'how can I help' attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
* A professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
